1. One fee, re-attempts included
You pay one service fee. If an attempt at your challenge does not pass, we purchase the next attempt at our own cost and keep going. You are never asked to pay a second service fee for the same challenge.
2. When you get a full refund
You get a full refund of the service fee only if you cancel before we place the first trade on your challenge.
3. When a refund does not apply
- Once we have placed the first trade on your challenge, the service fee is non-refundable.
- Once your challenge has been passed.
- If you trade on the account, change its login details, or otherwise interfere with the account while we are handling it.
- If the prop firm closes or fails the account because of your own actions, such as failed identity verification or a breach of its terms by you.
4. Prop firm fees
Any fee you pay directly to a prop firm is paid to that firm and is governed by its own refund policy. This policy covers only the service fee paid to We Trade For You.
5. How to request a refund
Contact your specialist by email or SMS with your full name and payment details. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. We resolve refund requests directly, and faster.
This policy forms part of the service agreement you receive before purchase. If the two differ, the signed service agreement applies. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
