Privacy Policy
- Subject to your agreement to and compliance with the terms of this agreement, we grant to you a non-exclusive, non- transferable, non- sharable, revocable, limited license to use the App/Service, solely for your personal and non – commercial use in accordance with the terms of the T&C only.
- The services offered by this App may vary from time to time and are at the sole discretion of We Trade For U further We Trade For U reserves the right to amend/ withdraw or add any service at its discretion and you shall have no objection to such change.
- The content of the App shouldn’t be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed for any non – personal use without obtaining prior permission from We We Trade For U. In addition to other legal recourses We Trade For U reserves the right to terminate the account of subscribers/customers, who violate such proprietary rights.
- You are forbidden to provide/ share your password to any other person or to use any other person’s username and password.
- We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal data against unauthorized disclosure, Subject to the Provisions of any applicable Law.
- You warrant that you shall not use the information from our App for any illegal purpose. If you do this we put you on notice that in doing so you are breaching our intellectual property rights in the information and we reserve the right to take action against you to uphold our rights, which may involve pursuing injunctive proceedings.
- You agree that your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with the We Trade For U service is to uninstall the App and to stop using the We Trade For U service.
- You agree to indemnify and hold We Trade For U harmless from and against all damages, losses and expenses of any kind (including reasonable lawyer fees and costs) arising out of or related to (1) your breach of the Agreements or any one of them; (2) any activity in which you engage on or through the We Trade For U service; and (3) your violation of any Law or the rights of a third party.
